Online Annual Awareness Update —
Adult Abuse

This program involves reading material and a short video. The training seeks to raise awareness of the health and safety concerns facing vulnerable adults.

Steps to complete this program:

   The document requires the Adobe Reader available free at this link.

2. Print the test (on PDF page number 3 and 4 - pages themselves are not numbered) and complete it as you read the materials.
3. View the video clip located at this link: video.

4. Print and complete the “Safe Environment Program Annual Update” form located on PDF page 19. The form itself is not numbered. It is the third to last page in the document.
5. Fax the form and test to the STA Safety Director at 214-821-5395.
