Congratulations to Father John,

By virtue of a letter dated 3 February 2003, Father John Libone is appointed Pastor of St. Thomas Aquinas Parish for a term of six years, which in accord with the policy of the Diocese of Dallas, is at the discretion of the diocesan bishop, renewable for an additional six year term. Father John is very grateful for your prayers and support during his service as Administrator, and thanks you in anticipation of future prayerful support and cooperation.
