An Introduction To Natural Family Planning

Through the Natural Family Planning method, couples can plan or space their pregnancies without the use of birth control drugs or devices. It is considered to be an acceptable way to responsible parenthood by all religious denominations and to those interested in living a natural life.

Where and when are the classes?

St. Thomas Aquinas currently offers you the choice of attending a Natural Family Planning Introductory class either on a scheduled Sunday afternoon at 12:30 or on a scheduled Wednesday evening at 7:30. Classes are held in the St. Maron Room. The cost is $30 per couple.
