Monday of the 13th Week in Ordinary Time

Shalom, Y’All:

Welcome to Thursday of the 13th Week in Ordinary Time, which is also the Solemnity of Saints Peter and Paul.

Our Liturgy of the Word video for today (labeled “The Solemnity of Sts. Peter and Paul”) is up and running, and our new Deacon…Deacon Tony Campise…is our celebrant and homilist.  The reflection at the end is a prayer to The Infant Jesus of Prague.  Hope you are blessed.  The readings for today are inserted below.

Well, our first weekend of live Sunday Masses after a very long absence went very well yesterday.  And, although the numbers were understandably small, it was so great to see all of you who were able to be there in person at Mass.  Thanks to all of you for your cooperation, understanding, and loving support in helping us keep all of the rules to help keep you and everyone safe.  These are frustrating and trying times, and we appreciate you so much.

Our live video production team did a good job of adapting to the different setup, and I know they will fine-tune anything that might have needed some improvement.  Thanks to Dave Moore and Nate Sullivan for their great work.

I think I mentioned this in a previous email…but tomorrow’s confessions scheduled for 9 am have been cancelled due to a funeral.  Also, this coming Friday’s Mass (scheduled for noon) has also been cancelled due to another funeral. If anything else changes for this coming week or the weekend, we will let you know.

In the meantime, if you would like to register for Daytime Mass this week, please click here: Click Here to Sign Up for Weekday Masses.

We hope you are blessed by the Liturgy of the Word video today.  Go to our website By Clicking Here and then click on the Facebook Page link at the top of the page and search for the video labeled “The Solemnity of St. Peter and Paul”.

Stay safe and stay blessed.

Your servant in Christ,

Deacon Ken
