Monday of the 27th Week in Ordinary Time and the Optional Memorial of Saint Faustina Kowalska

Greetings Everyone:

Welcome to Monday of the 27th Week in Ordinary Time.  It is also the Optional Memorial of St. Faustina Kowalska.  You can find today’s readings (which are the alternative readings for today and are different from what you have in your Magnificat) if you Click Here for Today's Alternative Readings.

Deacon Tony Campise is our celebrant and homilist for today’s Liturgy of the Word.  The reflection at the end is a prayer to The Infant Jesus of Prague.

If you are new to our emails, here is how you find the video.  If you have a Facebook account, simply join our Facebook page and then search for today’s video.

If you do not have a Facebook account, then go to our homepage.  Then, click on the Facebook link at the top.  When you get there, you can then scroll down for today’s video, as well as videos from the past.  That is also how you find our Live-stream Masses each Sunday.

I have posted next Sunday’s Masses on SignUp Genius, so you can now go there to sign up.  Click Here to Sign Up for Sunday Mass .

All of today’s Masses were full, and it was great to see everyone there.  It was a wonderful Sunday of celebrating God’s love in the context of Sunday Mass.  The music at our 10:30 Mass was, as always, beautiful.

I have also added another week of Weekday Masses, so you can sign up for Masses this week and next week as well.  Click Here to Sign Up for Weekday Masses.

If you are an Extraordinary Minister or a Reader for Mass, you have the link to sign up to serve.  I have posted next week’s slots so you can now sign up there to serve.

We still have confessions 3 times each week: on Tuesdays from 9 – 10 am; on Thursdays from 5 – 6 pm; and on Saturdays from 3 -4 pm.  If you feel a bit uneasy about going to confession with our new setup here at STA, I made a short video just for you.  A lot of folks have said that the video helped set their mind at ease about going to confessions here during this time since they now are aware of the procedure.

If you would like to take a look at the video with the hope that it will give you comfort, please Click Here for Short Video on Confessions at STA .

I hope you have a blessed week this week.

Your servant in Christ,

Deacon Ken
