Tuesday of the 28th Week in Ordinary Time

Shalom, Y’All:

Welcome to Tuesday of the 28th Week in Ordinary Time.  You can find today’s readings if you Click Here for Today's Readings .

Yours truly is the celebrant and homilist today.  And, just so you know, cornbread and buttermilk play an important part in the homily.  LOL.  You will have to watch the video to see what I am talking about.

You can find that video if you click on this link above to our website and then click on the link to our Facebook page at the top of the homepage.  The video is clearly marked as “Tuesday of the 28th Week in Ordinary Time.”

The reflection at the end of the Liturgy of the Word is a prayer to Our Lady of Fatima.  The Memorare is included in that reflection, so we don’t pray it at the end of the Liturgy of the Word.

A bit of clarification for all of you who are signed up for the 12:00 noon Mass tomorrow: even though the Diocese will be recording the Mass for Sunday tomorrow (as I mentioned yesterday), we will still have our parish noon Mass tomorrow.  So, if you are signed up for that, please go ahead and attend that noon Mass tomorrow.

We hope you are blessed by today’s message and today’s reflection.

Blessings to all.

Your servant in Christ,

Deacon Ken
