Wednesday of the 16th Week in Ordinary Time

Greetings Dear STA Parishioners and Special Friends:

Welcome to Wednesday of the 16th Week in Ordinary Time.

Our video reflection on the Sacred Heart of Jesus is up and running now on our Facebook page.  At the end of the reflection is the beautiful rendition of “Holy is His Name.”  We hope you are blessed by this video today and will share it with family and friends.

As we approach the weekend, we begin to start looking toward the live-stream Mass this Sunday at 10:30.  I will have the Worship Aid for you as soon as I get it.

Regarding the Sunday live-stream Masses, I have asked you in the past to share some of your experiences of celebrating Mass in your home with your family.  Maria and Michael Byrne are among those who have shared with me (and given me permission to share with you), a couple of pictures of how they are set up to celebrate with us.

Here are a couple of shots of their beautiful “Worship Space” for Sunday live-stream Masses:

She said the smaller candle was blessed by Pope Francis in 2018 when they attended Mass with him in St. Peter’s Basilica.  She also indicated that it would not be a good idea for her to let us hear their singing.  LOL.

Thanks Maria and Michael for sending this to us.  If anyone else would like to share your experiences of your “Domestic Church” during this Covid time, we would love to hear from you.

As of early this morning, there are two slots available for today’s noon Mass.  Click Here to Sign Up for Weekday Mass

Weekday Masses for next week are all full right now, but please be sure to keep checking as there are cancellations from time to time.

We hope you have a blessed weekend and we hope you will join us for our live-streamed Mass on Sunday.

Your servant in Christ,

Deacon Ken
